Our aim

Ashton’s Burger Barn wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever tools they browse with. The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What this site does

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and a "Skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard reaches.
• Every image has a text alternative for screen readers.
• Text and background colors meet the WCAG contrast level for reading.
• Text can be resized in your browser without breaking the layout.
• If your device asks for less motion, the site turns off its animations.
• Opening hours are laid out as tables that screen readers can read day by day.
